We use the information you provide to send the updates you request and respond when you contact us. Questions or requests can be sent to hello@pilotchallenges.com.

Email updates

Signup uses a confirmation email. Your address is added to the subscribed list only after you confirm. Resend handles these emails and the mailing-list records. Updates can include development notes, mission previews, and future early-access invitations.

You can unsubscribe using the link in an update email or contact us to request removal. If you didn't request a confirmation email, ignore it; the link expires after one hour.

Website analytics

We use Umami to understand visits, referring websites, and whether the signup flow is working. We do not send your entered email address or email-confirmation credentials to analytics. Ordinary campaign labels can help us understand where interest comes from.

Analytics can be blocked without preventing you from reading the site or signing up. Browser event counts are separate from the mailing-list records.

Abuse prevention and hosting

Cloudflare hosts the site and provides Turnstile verification for signup. These services process requests to deliver the website and reduce automated abuse. Confirmation responses are not stored in shared page caches.

If you email us, we use your address and message to respond. Contact us if you want help with the information you have shared.
